We hereby inform that, on 21th January, 2022, 17.800.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 100.000,00 EUR, of the company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 6M JUL 2022 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME1MJM (ISIN PTME1MJM0064).
This issue will be cancelled on 21th July, 2022.
