We hereby inform that, on 9th February, 2022, 53.200.000,00 EUR of bonds of company HEFESTO STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "HEFESTO/2021 - TEN - UP TO 750.000.000 EUR ASSET BACKED SEC. NOTES DUE 2031", under the code HFSFOM (ISIN PTHFSFOM0009). These bonds are fungible with 55.600.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 108.800.000,00 EUR).
