Registry of the increase of quantity of PTOTEOOE0033

We hereby inform that, on 11^th February, 2022, 706.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,3% - 17 Out 2031", under the code OTEOOE (ISIN PTOTEOOE0033). These bonds are fungible with 6.718.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.424.000.000,00 EUR).
