We hereby inform that, on 28th February, 2022, 4.500.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SONAE Capital, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SONAE CAPITAL - 8. EM PC PRG 25.000.000 EUR (MONTEPIO GERAL)", under the code SN1RJM (ISIN PTSN1RJM0133).
This issue will be cancelled on 31th March, 2022.
