We hereby inform that, on 11th March, 2022, 501.328.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 4,125% 14 Abril 2027", under the code OTEUOE (ISIN PTOTEUOE0019). These bonds are fungible with 9.566.841.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 10.068.169.000,00 EUR).
