We hereby inform that, on 19th April, 2022, 26.700.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN - COMMERCIAL PAPER 26.700.000 EUR TRANCHE 148 (PRG 800M EUR)", under the code RE16JM (ISIN PTRE16JM0030).
This issue will be cancelled on 26th July, 2022.
