We hereby inform that, on 29th April, 2022, 21.500.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company JHR - S.G.P.S., LDA, shall be registered, regarding the issue "JHR - SGPS LDA - 2020 - 26. EM PC (BST)", under the code G44ZJM (ISIN PTG44ZJM0000).
This issue will be cancelled on 31th May, 2022.
