We hereby inform that, on 3rd May, 2022, 345.930,00 EUR of registered bonds of company Vantagem GALOPANTE, LDA were registered regarding the loan "Vantagem GALOPANTE/2021 - PROJECT Alta - Up To EUR 43.500.000 Fixed Rate SECURED Bonds - 24 AUG.2024", under the code VTMAOM (ISIN PTVTMAOM0006). These bonds are fungible with 10.747.476,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 11.093.406,00 EUR).
