We hereby inform that, on 13th May, 2022, 890.937.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,475% - 18 Out 2030", under the code OTELOE (ISIN PTOTELOE0028). These bonds are fungible with 10.330.281.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 11.221.218.000,00 EUR).
