We hereby inform that, on 9th June, 2022, 37.500.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company NOS, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "NOS SGPS I - 2017 - 23. EM PC - PRG. 100 M. EUR (BST)", under the code ZM81JM (ISIN PTZM81JM0063).
This issue will be cancelled on 8th September, 2022.
