We hereby inform that, on 16th June, 2022, 7.100.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company CUF, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME CUF - CUF CP 9M DEC 2022 (BANKINTER)", under the code J27VJM (ISIN PTJ27VJM0069). These commercial paper is fungible with 7.400.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 14.500.000,00 EUR).
