We hereby inform that, on 14th October, 2022, 384.951.000,00 EUR of bonds of company República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 2,875% - 15 Outubro 2025", under the code OTEKOE (ISIN PTOTEKOE0011). These bonds are fungible with 14.181.749.527,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 14.566.700.527,00 EUR).
