We hereby inform that, on 14th October, 2022, 722.773.000,00 EUR of bonds of company República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,3% - 17 Out 2031", under the code OTEOOE (ISIN PTOTEOOE0033). These bonds are fungible with 8.183.753.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 8.906.526.000,00 EUR).
