We hereby inform that, on 28th October, 2022, 25.000.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Amorim Holding II - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "AMORIM HOLDING II - 122. EM PC - Prg 40 M EUR (BANCO BIC PORTUGUES)", under the code AH1PJM (ISIN PTAH1PJM0085).
This issue will be cancelled on 30th November, 2022.
