We hereby inform that, on 28th October, 2022, 17.700.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 100.000,00 EUR, of the company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 3M JAN 2023 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME1CJM (ISIN PTME1CJM0074).
This issue will be cancelled on 20th January, 2023.
