We hereby inform that, on 28th October, 2022, 1.023.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,7% - 15 Out 2027", under the code OTEMOE (ISIN PTOTEMOE0035). These bonds are fungible with 6.585.456.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.608.456.000,00 EUR).
