We hereby inform that, on 22th November, 2022, 13.200.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Grupo Visabeira, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 3M JAN 2023 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1V3JM (ISIN PTG1V3JM0128). These commercial paper is fungible with 5.300.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 18.500.000,00 EUR).
