We hereby inform that, on 22th November, 2022, 3.000.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company GENEROUSRAIN, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "GENEROUSRAIN/2021 - EUR 4.400.000 Notes due 2026", under the code GNNAOM (ISIN PTGNNAOM0000). These bonds are fungible with 5.800.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 8.800.000,00 EUR).
