We hereby inform that, on 5th December, 2022, 800.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 3M JAN 2023 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME1CJM (ISIN PTME1CJM0074). These commercial paper is fungible with 17.700.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 18.500.000,00 EUR).
