We hereby inform that, on 16th December, 2022, 20.400.000,00 EUR of bonds of company HEFESTO STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "HEFESTO/2017 - ARROW I Class A - ASSET - BACKED SECURITISATION Notes due 2027", under the code HEFQOM (ISIN PTHEFQOM0002). These bonds are fungible with 114.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 134.400.000,00 EUR).
