We hereby inform that, on 30th December, 2022, 1.900.000,00 EUR of bonds of company ENERGYCO II, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "ENERGYCO II/2019 - SECURED and Guaranteed Fixed Rate CAPEX Notes due 2026", under the code EGYBOM (ISIN PTEGYBOM0007). These bonds are fungible with 1.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 1.901.000,00 EUR).
