We hereby inform that, on 30th December, 2022, 2.750.000,00 EUR of bonds of company PRODIGY ORBIT, LDA were registered regarding the loan "PRODIGY ORBIT/2021 - Up To 21.850.000 EUR Floating Rate SECURED - Senior Bonds - 2032", under the code PGYBOM (ISIN PTPGYBOM0004). These bonds are fungible with 18.650.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 21.400.000,00 EUR).
