We hereby inform that, on 16th January, 2023, 5.300.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Grupo Visabeira, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 6M APR 2023 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1VWJM (ISIN PTG1VWJM0124). These commercial paper is fungible with 3.600.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 8.900.000,00 EUR).
