We hereby inform that, on 17th January, 2023, 2.900.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company CUF, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME CUF - CP 2M FEB 2023 (BANKINTER)", under the code J27BJM (ISIN PTJ27BJM0071). These commercial paper is fungible with 1.300.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 4.200.000,00 EUR).
