We hereby inform that, on 17th January, 2023, 3.100.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company CUF, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME CUF - CP 9M JUN 2023 (BANKINTER)", under the code J276JM (ISIN PTJ276JM0063). These commercial paper is fungible with 5.100.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 8.200.000,00 EUR).
