We hereby inform that, on 10th February, 2023, 3.400.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Grupo Visabeira, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 1M MAR 2023 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1VBJM (ISIN PTG1VBJM0137). These commercial paper is fungible with 5.000.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 8.400.000,00 EUR).
