We hereby inform that, on 10th February, 2023, 1.176.250.000,00 EUR of bonds of company República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 1.65 - 16 JUL 2032", under the code OTEYOE (ISIN PTOTEYOE0031). These bonds are fungible with 4.164.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 5.340.250.000,00 EUR).
