We hereby inform that, on 15th February, 2023, 2.500.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Grupo Visabeira, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 1.1M MAR 2023 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1VHJM (ISIN PTG1VHJM0131). These commercial paper is fungible with 16.500.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 19.000.000,00 EUR).
