We hereby inform that, on 28^th February, 2023, 83.892.665,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 4,10% 15 Abril 2037", under the code OTE5OE (ISIN PTOTE5OE0007). These bonds are fungible with 10.379.697.790,50 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 10.463.590.455,50 EUR).
