We hereby inform that, on 28th February, 2023, 1.484.379.981,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 1% - 12 Abril 2052", under the code OTECOE (ISIN PTOTECOE0037). These bonds are fungible with 3.611.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 5.095.379.981,00 EUR).
