We hereby inform that, on 7th March, 2023, 1.800.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 12M JUN 2023 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME14JM (ISIN PTME14JM0060). These commercial paper is fungible with 1.900.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 3.700.000,00 EUR).
