We hereby inform that, on 10th March, 2023, 443.371.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 1.65 - 16 JUL 2032", under the code OTEYOE (ISIN PTOTEYOE0031). These bonds are fungible with 5.340.250.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 5.783.621.000,00 EUR).
