We hereby inform that, on 31th March, 2023, 5.600.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company VERTENTE PLANETÁRIA, Unipessoal, LDA were registered regarding the loan "VERTENTE PLANETARIA/2021- FIXED RATE NOTES DUE 2041", under the code VTTAOM (ISIN PTVTTAOM0009). These bonds are fungible with 21.500.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 27.100.000,00 EUR).
