We hereby inform that, on 5th April, 2023, 17.500.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 100.000,00 EUR, of the company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 1M MAY 2023 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME12JM (ISIN PTME12JM0070).
This issue will be cancelled on 5th May, 2023.
