We hereby inform that, on 28th April, 2023, 8.600.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 6M SEPT 2023 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME1MJM (ISIN PTME1MJM0072). These commercial paper is fungible with 1.900.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 10.500.000,00 EUR).
