We hereby inform that, on 3rd May, 2023, 5.900.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 100.000,00 EUR, of the company Grupo Visabeira, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 2M JUL 2023 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1V2JM (ISIN PTG1V2JM0129).
This issue will be cancelled on 3rd July, 2023.
