We hereby inform that, on 5th May, 2023, 9.800.000.,00 EUR of registered bonds, with a nominal value of 1,00 EUR, of the company JOYFUL TERRACE INVESTIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS LDA were issued, regarding the loan "JOYFUL TERRACE/2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code JFTAOM (ISIN PTJFTAOM0001).
This issue will be cancelled on 30th June, 2026.
