We hereby inform that, on 5th May, 2023, 6.443.540.,00 EUR of registered bonds, with a nominal value of 1,00 EUR, of the company HERDADE DO PINHEIRINHO RESORT, S.A. were issued, regarding the loan "HERDADE DO PINHEIRINHO RESORT/2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code HEPAOM (ISIN PTHEPAOM0008).
This issue will be cancelled on 30th June, 2026.
