We hereby inform that, on 12th May, 2023, 409.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 1.15% - 11 ABR 2042", under the code OTEPOE (ISIN PTOTEPOE0032). These bonds are fungible with 3.399.649.838,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 3.808.649.838,00 EUR).
