We hereby inform that, on 22th May, 2023, 2.600.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company SIMPLEWATT, UNIPESSOAL, LDA were registered regarding the loan "SIMPLEWATT/2023 - up to EUR 13.300.000 FLOATING RATE SECURED SENIOR BONDS DUE 2039", under the code SWTAOM (ISIN PTSWTAOM0009). These bonds are fungible with 4.800.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.400.000,00 EUR).
