We hereby inform that, on 26th May, 2023, 6.656.460,00 EUR of registered bonds of company HERDADE DO PINHEIRINHO RESORT, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "HERDADE DO PINHEIRINHO RESORT/2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code HEPAOM (ISIN PTHEPAOM0008). These bonds are fungible with 6.443.540,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 13.100.000,00 EUR).
