We hereby inform that, on 31th May, 2023, 230.000.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 500.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN - EURO-COMMERCIAL PAPER 230.000.000 EUR SERIES 5 (PRG 600M EUR-STEP)", under the code RE1MJM (ISIN PTRE1MJM0048).
This issue will be cancelled on 31th July, 2023.
