We hereby inform that, on 1st June, 2023, 128.900.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN - COMMERCIAL PAPER 128.900.000 EUR TRANCHE 163 (PRG 800M EUR)", under the code RE1TJM (ISIN PTRE1TJM0041).
This issue will be cancelled on 31th May, 2024.
