We hereby inform that, on 28th June, 2023, 1.300.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company GENEROUSRAIN, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "GENEROUSRAIN/2021-up to EUR 35.000.000 NOTES DUE 2026", under the code GNNAOM (ISIN PTGNNAOM0000). These bonds are fungible with 11.600.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 12.900.000,00 EUR).
