We hereby inform that, on 30th June, 2023, 269.500,00 EUR of registered bonds of company JOYFUL TERRACE INVESTIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS LDA were registered regarding the loan "JOYFUL TERRACE/2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code JFTAOM (ISIN PTJFTAOM0001). These bonds are fungible with 9.800.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 10.069.500,00 EUR).
