We hereby inform that, on 30th June, 2023, 184.250,00 EUR of registered bonds of company VIC MANAGEMENT, UNIPESSOAL LDA were registered regarding the loan "VIC MANAGEMENT/2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code NAGAOM (ISIN PTNAGAOM0005). These bonds are fungible with 6.700.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 6.884.250,00 EUR).
