We hereby inform that, on 30th June, 2023, 192.500,00 EUR of registered bonds of company POTENTIAL SKETCH - INVESTIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS, UNIPESSOAL, LDA were registered regarding the loan "POTENTIAL SKETCH/2023 - 18 per cent PIK Bonds due 2026", under the code PKTBOM (ISIN PTPKTBOM0005). These bonds are fungible with 7.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.192.500,00 EUR).
