We hereby inform that, on 3rd July, 2023, 13.310,57 EUR of bonds of company TAGENERGY, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "TAGENERGY 2023 - up to 107.550.000 EUR FACILITY NOTES - 2028", under the code TGYAOM (ISIN PTTGYAOM0001). These bonds are fungible with 3.502.781,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 3.516.091,57 EUR).
