We hereby inform that, on 6th July, 2023, 12.000.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company START - Sines TRANSATLANTIC RENEWABLE & TECHNOLOGY CAMPUS, LDA were registered regarding the loan "START-SINES TRANSAT.RENEW.TECHN.CAMPUS/2021-up to 250 M. EUR NOTES DUE 2026", under the code STWAOM (ISIN PTSTWAOM0009). These bonds are fungible with 103.400.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 115.400.000,00 EUR).
