We hereby inform that, on 14th July, 2023, 560.392.000,00 EUR of bonds of company República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 15 Jun 2029", under the code OTEXOE (ISIN PTOTEXOE0024). These bonds are fungible with 11.889.720.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 12.450.112.000,00 EUR).
